Dr. Kosmerl has over 21 years of experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum.

In addition, Dr. Kosmerl has over 15 years of experience in public schools.  She has worked as a general and special education teacher, a consultant and BCBA for public school districts.  Dr. Kosmerl was an administrator of special education in public schools before starting her private practice.

She earned her doctorate in Education Administration from Widener University and is certified as a special education and curriculum & instruction administration.

Dr. Kosmerl’s published doctoral dissertation focused on inclusion of students with autism at the elementary school level.
